Anne-Catherine Portmann is a project leader in the Microbial Development Service Upstream at Lonza, Visp. She graduated from EPFL, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, with an engineering M.Sc. in bioengineering and biotechnology. Prior to joining Lonza in 2019, she worked at Nestlé Research Center for five years in fermentation, enzymology, biodata analysis and bioinformatics.
