My understanding is that in the multivariate platform the "correlations" table and the "color map on correlations" show exactly the same information.
While the "correlations" table gives the numerical values of the correlations (in colored fonds) the color map only shows the colors (and a 2 digit value on hovering). Both presentations have their advantages and are complementary, however unfortunately the color scale is inverted between both. In the table +1 is blue and -1 is read while in the color map it's the other way around. It would be better if the default color scales were the same.
