Congratulations on being selected to present at Discovery Summit! The following information will help you prepare, format and submit your paper or poster for presentation during the special In-Person segment of Discovery Summit Europe. If you have any questions, please contact Chris Sanger.
Recording Your Presentation
All paper and poster presentations will be pre-recorded via Zoom and published in advance of Discovery Summit to allow attendees to watch at their convenience.
- Sign and return the Recording Consent and Release Form (Presenter Signature).
- This form is signed by each individual presenter. It gives JMP permission to record you personally during your Discovery Summit session.
- Sign and return the External Publication Consent Form (Company Authorized Representative Signature) by 2 March.
- This form is signed by an authorized representative from your organization. It confirms that your company agrees to allow JMP to display or use its name, or related content, publicly.
- Both signed forms can be emailed to Chris Sanger.

Uploading Your Presentation Materials
You will be provided with a location within the JMP User Community to upload your presentation materials.
More specific guidelines for paper and poster presenters are listed below:
- You may submit your presentation file in any format (for example, PDF, JMP journal or PowerPoint).
- If you choose PowerPoint, we recommend that you use your organization's own PowerPoint template. Alternatively, you are welcome to use this Discovery Summit template.
- Include a title slide in your slide deck.
- You are welcome to submit a paper corresponding to your presentation. Past experience has shown that this provides the highest value for attendees.
- "JMP" is pronounced "jump", not "J-M-P." And "SAS" is pronounced "sass," as in "sas-sy," not "S-A-S."
