Many models used to describe consumer goods quality/performance rely on a first principle validated backbone that is non-linear. It is always a challenge for the experimenter to plan an optimal number of test that satisfies precision in the model response and cost of developing the experimental plan ( time, resources). This poster shows how JMP non-linear design superpass the custom design and using smaller design points to get idea design result and more precise prediction for parameter estimation.
