Multiple Comparisons with JMP

Karen Copeland

Most practitioners are familiar with t-tests to compare two treatments, however, how should one compare more than two treatment groups?  The short answer is to use a multiple comparison procedure.  The longer answer is that it depends on what question you are trying to answer.  This poster will look at the multiple comparison procedures currently available in JMP8 as well as the ANOM (Analysis of Means) procedures that will be available in JMP9.
