Image Analyzer

The Image Analyzer is a JSL script that allows the user to read an image into JMP and generate a data table from the pixel data. The image and data table can be viewed side by side. From the data table the user can run a JMP analysis allowing him or her to discover areas of interest in the image from the data. The user can then select points of interest from either the analysis, the data table or from the image and all three windows are updated to show the selection. So whether you are interested in the true color of a dress or trying to discover the amount of fibrin in blood cells, the Image Analyzer provides the user with a visual and interactive way to analyze an image in JMP.
