Keeping your JMP analyses connected and current can be challenging, especially when updates rely on spreadsheets, emails, or handwritten notes. This presentation explores the new capabilities that make it easier to manage shared data with JMP and JMP Live.
Coming soon in JMP Live 19.5, data tables can be edited directly in the browser, removing the need to collect updates offline. This feature allows contributors without JMP to make quick, meaningful changes to shared data tables right inside JMP Live. Edits such as updating a spec limit or adding new experiment results flow directly through to linked reports and data tables.
In addition, the new JMP Live Toolkit add-in provides a convenient way to connect JMP with content hosted on JMP Live. From within JMP, users can browse, open, and work with shared data tables and reports, streamlining the process of reviewing and updating live data sources.
Together, editable data and the Toolkit can streamline how teams manage, share, and maintain connected analyses. This session shows how to use JMP Live’s data editing feature and the Toolkit, with concrete examples that attendees can adapt to improve their own data workflows.
