Occupancy

Single/Double rates listed are based on adult occupancy. There is no charge for children under eighteen (18) years staying with a parent or adult guardian (breakfast would be an additional charge).

Hotel Check In / Out Policies

Check-in time: 15:00

Check-out time: 12:00

Guests arriving prior to the established check-in time will be accommodated, complimentary, as rooms become available.

• Guaranteed early arrivals must reserve and pay for the room the night prior to arrival.
• Late checkouts from noon to 14:00 will be extended complimentary, based on availability.
• Guaranteed early arrivals/late checkouts are based on availability and should be arranged in advance.

Individual Reservation Guarantee / Cancellation

All individual reservation requests will be guaranteed with a major credit card. The credit card will be held as a form of guarantee only and not charged an advance deposit. In the case of non-arrival/no-show or cancellation less than seventy-two (72) hours of arrival date, the Hotel holds the right to charge a one (1) night’s room as a cancellation fee (“Reservation Cancellation Fee”) to the reservation’s method of guarantee.

Early Departure Fee

If a guest with a reservation in checks out prior to the reservation’s reserved checkout date, the Hotel will charge the room and tax for the reminder of the stay as a cancellation fee (“Early Departure Fee”) to the guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an Early Departure Fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
