Thomas Skov
Novonesis
Thomas Skov has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science, University of Copenhagen, and since 2019, has been part of Novonesis. He focuses on bridging industry and academia, providing digital and smart solutions for colleagues, enhancing knowledge derived from samples and process steps via introducing new sensor technologies, and applying AI and ML methods. Currently Skov is a Principal Scientist with a mandate and obligation to optimize production sites.
