Thomas Lanyon-Hogg

Dr. Tom Lanyon-Hogg completed his master’s in medicinal chemistry and Ph.D. in biochemistry at the University of Leeds, before joining Imperial College London as a postdoctoral researcher in chemical biology. In 2020, Lanyon-Hogg joined the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Oxford to start his first research group, developing novel approaches to combat antimicrobial resistance. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2025.
