Marjorie Desmurs-Rousseau
Marjorie Desmurs-Rousseau is the USP Lead Scientist at Merck Biotech Development Center in Switzerland. With a Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology, she has spent eight years at Merck focusing on early process development, tech transfer, and late-stage validation for New Biological Entities (NBEs). In her current role, she oversees the implementation of USP process development and validation strategies, ensuring consistency across early- and late-stage programs.
