    • Include a title slide in your slide deck.
    • Presentations will be recorded during the month of August. We will not be recording live presentations at the in-person segment.
    • If you choose to use PowerPoint, we recommend that you use your organization's own PowerPoint template. Alternatively, you are welcome to use the Discovery Summit template.
    • You will deliver your presentation live at the in-person segment (Oct. 21-24).

  • Posters

    • During the in-person conference, you will be assigned a 45-minute time slot to discuss your poster and answer questions in an expo format.
      • During the conference, make sure you have prepared a lightning-style talk (5-10 minutes) for attendees as they go from poster to poster.
      • However, your recording can be expanded beyond the presentation that is prepared for the in-person poster session.
    • Your presentation should be in PowerPoint format.
    • Limit your slide presentation to a maximum of four static slides (no zoom feature, animation, or click through).
    • Attendees can view posters on monitors throughout the conference.
    • Poster Template (.pptx)
    • Poster Guidelines and FAQs

  • SimuLive

    • Presentations will be delivered virtually during the Early User Edition of Discovery Summit on Sept. 24 and 25.
      • During SimuLive sessions, the prerecorded presentation is delivered to a virtual audience. Presenters are then available via the live chat to answer questions in real time. It's a dynamic way to engage with the content and the presenter.
    • Following the conference in October, your recorded presentation will be available for on-demand viewing on the Discovery Summit website.
