Posters
- During the in-person conference, you will be assigned a 45-minute time slot to discuss your poster and answer questions in an expo format.
- During the conference, make sure you have prepared a lightning-style talk (5-10 minutes) for attendees as they go from poster to poster.
- However, your recording can be expanded beyond the presentation that is prepared for the in-person poster session.
- Your presentation should be in PowerPoint format.
- Limit your slide presentation to a maximum of four static slides (no zoom feature, animation, or click through).
- Attendees can view posters on monitors throughout the conference.
