Quality questions often start simply: Is my process stable? How can I summarize all my control charts? Can my process meet specifications? What changes when the response is multivariate? In this hands-on workshop, we connect common quality questions to the JMP platforms best suited to answer them. Rather than treating each platform as a separate tool, we build a practical decision framework for deciding when to use Control Chart Builder, Process Screening, Process Capability, and Multivariate Control Chart.
Beginning with a brief review of the role of control charts for monitoring process stability, we then move to process capability. From there, we show how Process Screening can help prioritize many processes at once. The examples used emphasize the thought process behind platform selection, the assumptions each approach makes, and how to communicate results to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
By the end of the workshop, participants will understand how these JMP quality platforms complement one another and will leave with a clearer strategy for moving from exploratory screening to monitoring and capability assessment.
Workshops are included in the price of your conference registration. Space is limited, so these sessions must be selected during your conference registration to confirm your participation.
