Hi @mwp2123. I imagine you're referring to clustering functions based on their FPC scores in order to group functions with similar shapes. You can do this by going to the Red Triangle next to Function Summaries and selecting Save Summaries, then from the resulting table enter the FPC score columns into any of JMP's clustering tools.
