Jeff Hammes

Jeff Hammes has been with Brady Corporation, located in Milwaukee, for more than 12 years. He is currently a Senior Manager with responsibility for the process engineering team supporting the Coated Products Division and the Materials R&D team supporting the Wire Identification (WID) product portfolio. Hammes’ teams manage the entire product life cycle from inception through commercialization, as well as post-launch support of both coated and WID products. His passion for structured problem solving and statistics has led to responsibilities typically held by Master Black Belts. Hammes has developed a curriculum and trained more than 200 individuals in Six Sigma methodologies using JMP as the analytical software of choice. His experience with JMP extends over an impressive 20-year history, beginning in 2002 with his introduction to JMP 4. Hammes has a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s in engineering from Purdue University. Prior to joining Brady, Hammes held a variety of positions focused on coating process technologies within W.L. Gore & Associates, 3M, General Electric, and Tekra Corporation.

Jeff Hammes
