Erin Pavlacky is a technical leader who is passionate about using predictive models and statistical analysis to drive innovation and solve problems. Currently, Pavlacky is the Global R&D Director for the Personal Care markets at H.B. Fuller, where she leads a global team of chemists, material scientists, and engineers to create best-in-class adhesive solutions for the hygiene, health/medical, and beauty markets. Prior to this, Pavlacky spent seven years as a technical program manager and formulator for photothermographic medical films. She has championed a culture of leveraging JMP, data analytics, and predictive modeling throughout her career. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Coatings and Polymeric Materials from North Dakota State University.
