Samuel Kienzle has bachelor's and master's degrees in biotechnology from the University of Stuttgart. His master's thesis was about an in silico engineering approach to restore the binding of a therapeutic antibody to a mutated cancer cell receptor. In May 2023, he began his Ph.D. project as part of the chemical manufacturing control statistics team of Boehringer Ingelheim in Biberach, Germany, working on intensified design of experiment.
