Prior to joining JMP, Pin spent more than 16 years in the world leading semiconductor companies from IC design and validation to Wafer Foundry, Wafer Packaging and Final Testing, where she specialized in both frontend and backend process quality and integration, product testing and yield improvement.  

She has over 13 years extensive experience as a Lean Six Sigma DMAIC coach and trainer in Industry Statistics and Problem Solving, Exploratory Data Analysis, Quality Control, SPC, DOE and Predictive Modeling, etc.
