After teaching JMP training courses for 23 years at SAS, Mark Bailey currently develops new JMP software with the customer perspective in mind. He also provides domain knowledge during the creation of new JMP user experience. Bailey received Ph.D. in chemistry from University of Rochester. He has also researched and developed automated medical diagnostics and established Six Sigma practices in R&D for 15 years in multidisciplinary teams.
