Charlie Whitman is a Senior Systems Engineer at JMP. He holds a Ph.D. in materials engineering and a master's in statistics. Prior to joining JMP, he spent most of his career as a reliability engineer in the semiconductor industry. JMP has been his “go-to” software since the mid-1990s. A Six Sigma Black Belt, Whitman has also published multiple papers on the reliability of semiconductor devices and holds several patents on ink jet and semiconductor processing.
