Reproduce format when saving as an Excel file

In reality, unfortunately in my opinion, Microsoft Excel is still the de facto standard for exchanging table-formatted data. Even Google Spreadsheet now lets users work on Excel files, rather than forcing users to convert Excel files to Google's format. I personally often export JMP tables as Excel files for sharing them with "users" of my analysis.

I wish JMP respects major formatting options when it exports a Data Table as a Microsoft Excel file, specifically:

 - Column Width

 - Data Type, e.g., Numeric Column in JMP as Number in Excel

 - Format of Numeric Columns

 - Value Labels

 - Scroll Lock

It does not have to be perfect. Maybe the JMP team already have a JMP Live-related alternative to sharing Data Tables with non-JMP users in a smarter way?
