Allow specification of additional options within New HTTP Request, similar to -x option in curl

Edit: this is already available in JMP 15 using the << Proxy User message.

 

In the New HTTP Request function, add the ability to pass parameters to the method used to handle communication.  Specifically, allow per-connection specification of proxy servers and credentials.
