Job posting: JMP Systems Engineer for Customer Care
JMP is looking for a great systems engineer to join its Customer Care team, which focuses on developing and growing an active and engaged JMP user base worldwide. The team and the job are based in Cary, North Carolina, at SAS world headquarters.

"As a Systems Engineer in the JMP Customer Care, you will develop materials to ensure that JMP users get maximum value from the software. You will also provide technical post-sale support to JMP clients utilizing extensive knowledge of industry and industry statistical processes. Your responsibilities will include: developing and implementing customer retention and post-sale strategies to ensure account satisfaction and growth; JMP deployment planning implementation in conjunction with Account Executive; providing technical guidance in the creation of software usage tutorials and support material; developing and delivering technical presentations via web and in-person; writing technical content for blogs, user forums and newsletters; providing support at vendor-sponsored events, trade shows, and user group meetings; assisting with training of staff; and performing other duties as assigned."
