The institute deploys a dynamic, interactive decision-making framework to collaborate with its client partners. We are proud that JMP is among the tools GTRI deploys, including on military projects requiring modeling and simulation to maximize performance, protection and payload (the technology iron triangle) to develop safe, energy-efficient mission-critical equipment. For example, in one project, GTRI used JMP to uncover how decreasing electrical load requirements increased the number of feasible engine and armor design options while maintaining speed, fuel economy and operational range requirements.
