repeated measures ANCOVA

I am using JMP 8.0 to analyze alarm call vocalizations.  Calls are emitted in bouts and I wish to compare the first, middle and last call in each bout of calling while controlling for caller identity (because there is substantial variation between callers) and using the number of calls in a bout as a covariate (in order to determine if the number of calls contained in a bout influence the extent of differences due to call position).  Classically, this would seem like a repeated measures ANCOVA but I am unclear how to set up an equivalent analysis in JMP, nor what to focus on in the output.
