how to save new data table?

Hi, i have trouble to help

Now i can create new data table, but save this data table doesn't work

Names Default To Here( 1 );

open("\$SAMPLE_DATA/Antibiotic MICs.jmp");

p = Multivariate(

Y( :penicillin, :streptomycin, :neomycin ),

Estimation Method( "Row-wise" ),

Scatterplot Matrix(

Density Ellipses( 1 ),

Shaded Ellipses( 0 ),

Ellipse Color( 3 )

),

Pairwise Correlations( 1 )

);

p << Save Script to Data Table;

pr = p << report;

pr[Outline Box( 2 )] << Close;

tb = pr[Table Box( 1 )];

tb << Make Into Data Table;

tb << Save("C:\test.jmp"); // it doesn't work to save

Anyone can help me? THX

Re: how to save new data table?

The variable tb still refers to the displaybox, it's not a data table, and can therefore not be saved.

Try this

dt = tb << Make Into Data Table;

dt << save("C:\test.jmp")

Or simpler if you do not need a variable for the table:

(tb << Make Into Data Table) << save("C:\test.jmp");

It's work!

Thank you!

Re: how to save new data table?

Nice!

If a nonpar density plot was added to the scatterplot matrix, any idea how you could interact with the parameters like the bivariate analysis?  And/or save the density grid that is produced?

I am new to JMP but have been trying to figure this out for days
