I am not sure this is what you are asking for. I read your question several times, and came up with a couple of different things you might be asking for. However, what I believe you want is to automatically take the data table(fast filled design) created and to save it to a .csv file. Additionally, do not save the X1 and X2 columns. The script below does that. If I have misinterpreted your request, could you please re-ask it so I can get a better idea of what you want.

TheDOE=DOE(

Space Filling Design,

{Add Response( None, "Tacc", ., ., . ), Add Factor( Categorical, {"8", "16"}, "cmux", 0 ),

Add Factor( Categorical, {"8", "16", "32", "64", "128", "256", "512"}, "rows", 0 ),

Add Factor(

Categorical,

{"32", "64", "96", "128", "160", "192", "224", "256", "288", "320", "352", "384", "416", "448", "480",

"512", "544", "576", "608", "640"},

"cols",

0

), Add Factor( Continuous, 0.01, 1, "slew", 0 ), Add Factor( Continuous, 0, 0.5, "load", 0 ),

Add Factor( Continuous, -40, 125, "temp", 0 ), Add Factor( Continuous, 0.81, 0.99, "volt", 0 ),

Set Random Seed( 958977147 ), Disallowed Combinations( cmux == 2 & cols == 1 ),

FFF Optimality Criterion( MaxPro ), Space Filling Design Type( Fast Flexible Filling, 100 )}

);

dt=TheDOE<<make table;

dt<<delete columns("x1","x2");

dt<<save as("C:\Users\txjim\Documents\JMP\design.csv");
