Hi,

Is there any way to save the confidence limits in the Fit Y by X platform in JMP9? I could easily show them on the graph but cannot find out how to save them to the table. If it was a linear model I guess I could use the Fit Model platform and then save from there, but in my case I fit the polynomial (quadratic equation) in the Fit Y by X platform and would like to save mean confidence intervals.

Cheers

If you mean the confidence limits for the fitted line (and not for the parameters) I don't think it's possible to save them from Fit Y by X.

However, you can also fit polynomials (which actually are linear models) with Fit Model. Select the variable and choose "Polynomial to Degree" from the macros dropdown menu.
