Would appreciate help comprehending Earth's Ecliptic Case Study

Something didn't add up for me and would appreciate nudge in the right direction. I'm new to JMP and statistics in general so forgive the ignorance.

I'm working through the Case Study on pg 140 of JMP Start Statististics 4th edition and don't understand why Prob
In other words, does Probz AND Prob >|z| have to be under 0.05 to reject null hypothesis? Or do we only have to have one of them be under 0.05 to reject null hypothesis.
