Windows 10 Recent Files and Folders: Pointing to the "Quick Access" file and folder list in a JSL script?

Hi JMP Community,

Is it possible to point to the Window 10 "Quick Access" file and folder list in JSL script using such command as
Pick File ("PICK A FILE", <Quick Access Location>)?

If not possible, is it possible to point to the "Recent Files" list within JMP?

Thank you for your help.

Re: Windows 10 Recent Files and Folders: Pointing to the "Quick Access" file and folder list in a JSL script?

Hi,

I took this example from the JMP Scripting Index for Pick File():

Names Default To Here( 1 );
Pick File(
	"Select JMP File",
	"$DOCUMENTS",
	{"JMP Files|jmp;jsl;jrn", "All Files|*"},
	1,
	0,
	"newJmpFile.jmp"
);

And I modified it for the location of my recent items:

Names Default To Here( 1 );
Pick File(
	"Select JMP File",
	"C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent",
	{"JMP Files|jmp;jsl;jrn", "All Files|*"},
	1,
	0,
	"newJmpFile.jmp"
);

(where "xxxxxx" is the user ID of interest)

Works for me.
