Why does the 25% Quantile show -1 in the explore outliers platform, when the actual value is 0?

I was looking at some parameters from a data file I opened in JMP. I ran the Explore Outliers -> Quantile Range Outliers platform for these parameters.
I noticed that one paramter which was not normally distributed and had only two value outcomes had a 25% quantile value of -1and Threshold vales of -2.5 and 1.5, even though the 25% quartile and Median in the Distributions platform shows values of 0. The note on the platform states that "Outliers as values Q times the interquantile range past the lower and upper quantiles", I trying to understand where the Explore Outliers -> Quantile Range Outliers platform is getting these values?
