Using SAS code on JMP for Mixed Model (Crossed and Nested Effects)

Hello,

I have a question about writing a model on JMP. My mixed model contain couple random effects and on SAS they are crossed and nested as following:

SAS

Location[Factor] (location nested to factor)

Rep[Location*Fertilization] (Rep nested to Location*Fertilization)...

Treat*Rep[Location*Fertilization]

Plot[Location*Fertilization*Treat*Rep]

In the second line, two crossed effects are nested.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

JMP

When I set up the model using JMP interface, it shows as following:

Location[Factor]

Rep[Location,Fertilization]

Treat*Rep[Location,Fertilization]

Plot[Location,Fertilization,Treat,Rep]

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In my JMP example, in the second line, are Location and Fertilization crossed? If not, how to do it?

My question is: How to nest two crossed effects on JMP using the mixed model contruction interface a*b[c*d]?

Thank you so much!
