Capture.PNGHi,

Is there a way to sort the ANOM chart in multiple comparison results after running a Fit Model?

I would like to sort the ANOM chart x-axis from highest to lowest acording to the values in the y-axis.

The problem could be that the chart is based on intermediate results from the multiple comparison and therefore hard to get to with scripting. Does anyone know how to do this?

I was thinking something like this:

Comparisons with Overall Average Decision Chart(
ANOM( 1, Order By( :estimate, Descending ), Point Options( "Show Needles" ) )
)

I do not believe there is any "Order By" element that is available for the Comparisons with Overall Average Decision Chart.  However, the Column Property, Value Ordering is honored, and therefore, you can determine the High to Low values of your response variable, grouped by the independent variable and then set the Value Ordering property.  Then when you run the analysis, the chart will be ordered in the order you specify for the Value Ordering
