Skip duplicate rows

I am trying to extract row values for a comparison. The values are repetitive. Is there a way I can just skip the duplicate values and keep only 1 value in the list?

I just need Name, Place and Animal once in the list. For now, I am getting all the values. Thanks

Re: Skip duplicate rows

I would use the Summary Platform, and use Name as the grouping column

Re: Skip duplicate rows

@txnelson Thanks for the help.

Clear Globals();
dt = current data table();
col_vals = dt:Column 1 << get values();
dt1 = dt << Summary (
Group(:Column 1),
Freq("None"),
Weight("None")
);

I tried this but it changes the order of values in Column 1.

Re: Skip duplicate rows

If you set the Column Property, Row Order Levels for your Column 1 column, the Summary Platform, will use the order of Column 1 found in the data table as the order to create the new data table

:Column 1 << set property("row order levels",1);
