Selecting Specific Data from a data set to include in report

I have a data set with hundreds of rows in it but I need to present on the information on only 12 rows.  Is there a way I can highlight just those 12 rows in jmp?  I need to have the exact numbers displayed but if a graphical representation was possible that would be great too.  Thanks in advance for any help!

Re: Selecting Specific Data from a data set to include in report

You can easily manually select the rows of interest, or programmatically select the rows of interest.  You can subset the rows into a new table, and then just show the subsetted rows.  Or, you can easily Hide and Exclude the undesired rows, and then create a graphic that will only show results from the non Hidden and Excluded rows.

You need to take a look at the documentation

Adding to Jim's suggestion, see Rows > Data Filter for an interactive tool to select rows with one or more criterion.
