Script to Save Formula of Discriminant Analysis?

Hello all, I'm trying to write my own script to perform leave one out cross validation using linear discriminant models. I know the script language to perform discriminant analysis, but am unsure of how to save the formulas (other than manually) generated by the model to the data table or how to extract them after the analysis has been performed. Any help is much appreciated.

Cheers!

Re: Script to Save Formula of Discriminant Analysis?

Following example will help you save the distance formulas and the probabilities to data table.

dt = Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Iris.jmp" );

obj = Discriminant(

  X( :Species ),

  Y(

  :Sepal length,

  :Sepal width,

  :Petal length,

  :Petal width

  )

);

obj << Save Formulas;
