Save a script to the data table without a report?

Can you save a script to the data table after you create a table from the original file or just modify the original data table by hiding and excluding data rows?

Most of the Tables menu operations will put a script named Source in the resulting table. You can copy and paste that script from the resulting table back to the parent table.

The best way to store hidden and excluded rows is with a Row State column.

I hope that helps.

Cool!  Did not know how easy it was to paste a script copied from another table.  If the paste item is grayed out, deselect any selected script first.
