I have some JSL scripts that call AppleScript with Run Program("usr/bin/osascript, Options(…), ") under JMP 15/16. When I last used them a year ago, they ran fine. In the meantime I upgraded to OS X 10.15.
Now, when I tried using these scripts, they hang within Run Program() (RP just never returns, and I have to abort script). Trying to troubleshoot, it appears it might have to do with the string in the Options parameter not being recognized as properly formed.
I notice that Apple changed the default shell from bash to zsh in 10.15. Does anyone using Run Program() know if this might be causing the problem?
