Repeated measures

Hi community,

What analysis should I perform?  I have two sets of dishes I'd like to compare.  There are 12 dishes in each set.  I measure 3 of them every hour for four hours.  The 3 I measure are are destroyed each hour so aren't actually repeated in measurement?  Would I treat them as such?  Is there a more appropriate technique to analyze this experiment that was already run and I have been asked to analyze?

Re: Repeated measures

I can just do regression but I was wondering if there was a better way.  I don't think there is but just want to make sure.

Re: Repeated measures

Basically I'd like to see the set effect and the time effect.
