Hi! I'm trying to figure out how to create a script to reorganize data.
I have a data set with donor names and then data for different phases of the experiment. So my columns are set up as Donor Name, Phase, [Data for Phase]. This is the easiest way to input data rather than have Donor Name, [Data for Phase 1], [Data for Phase 2], etc, as each data set for each phase is quite large. However, I'd like to have an option to run a script that can convert the first format to the latter format so I can make certain comparisons more easily.
I'm pretty certain I was shown how to do something pretty close to this, but I don't quite remember and I'm not sure what phrasing to look for in the documentation. Could anyone here offer me some guidance?
