Missing values in Random effect predictions

I have a problem that I hope someone might have a solution to!

I am running mixed models, and in some cases I only receive a "BLUP"-value in the Random effect predictions, and all other values regarding that random factor are missig. Everything else looks ok, and I obtain all expected values for all covariates and factors that are included in the model. If I change so that the factor is no longer random, I obtain all expected values for that one to. Does anyone have any suggestions to what is wrong?

Thanks in advance!
