JMP12>Consumer research>Cateorical>Structured tables>Compare each cell stat testing incorrect when applying filter?

Noticed that compare each cell was "lettering" columns that were visibly higher in proportion.  For example, column B with 52% was marked with column A for compare each cell when column A is 59%.  This only occurs when a filter is applied.  Apeears stat testing still using total base and not % based on filter.  Anyone else experiencing the same phenomenon?

Hi cdwhite,

Can you provide an example of what you're seeing using one of the JMP sample datasets? That will help us explore what's going on.

Thanks,
