JMP incorrectly sizing graphs

I'm working on a script that produce variability graphs for 3 different Y values and I want to combine them all in one window. When I generate the plots the graphs are different sizes despite each graph having the same frame size. The code below is what I am using to generate the variability plots.

Variability Chart(
Y( :Bias ),
X( :entity_site, :subentity ),
Max Iter( 100 ),
Auto stretching (0),
Conv Limit( 0.00000001 ),
Number Integration Abscissas( 128 ),
Number Function Evals( 65536 ),
Analysis Type( "Choose best analysis (EMS REML Bayesian)" ),
Connect Cell Means( 1 ),
Std Dev Chart( 0 ),
Points Jittered( 1 ),
AIAG Labels( 0 ),
Where( :structure == "A" | :structure == "B" ),
BY( :product, :structure),
SendToReport(
Dispatch(
{"Bias"},
"Variability Chart",
FrameBox,
{Frame Size( 600, 400 )}
)
)
);

Re: JMP incorrectly sizing graphs

Hi,
One possible thing that could be causing the difference in chart size despite defining the size of the FrameBox is the length of labels in your Y or X axis. Is it the case for your application?
Another possibility would be to call the FrameSize command after the graph has been generated:

report (/your graph variable/) [FrameBox (1)] << Frame Size (600,400);

Just a couple of thoughts.

Best,
