JMP Pro 12 Updated Fails

Has anyone who is a single user of an annual JMP Pro 12 license had similar experience trying to update the software whenever is new update is available, but it fails?

Alternatively, Let me first check with my IT sector, maybe this could be an internal issue with administrative access.

As I suspected, this problem was solved internally by out IT folks as I could download the updater, but couldn't run it due to admin restrictions.
