I just installed JMP 10 into my Citrix environment. It appears the screens are not loading with standard user permissions. If I give an account Administrator access the application loads fine. I assume permissions issues.
I suggest that you send this issue to email@example.com for their resolution. Running JMP on a Citrix environment is both a technical issue, and a licensing issue.
Jim is correct in that you should call Tech Support. I believe that they will most likely tell you that JMP didn't really start supporting Citrix until version 11. A further change was required in JMP 12 to support this saving of user settings in the Roaming folder, which Citrix requires.
