Interactive graphs of different types in same window

Hello:

I was wondering if there is a way to append graphs in a journal as interactive ones?

For example in the example below, bivariate and distribution graphs are generted, but when they get imported in a journal, they become static.

The reason I want to do that is to have various graphs (x/y, variaility, distribution etc.) in the same window, eyeball them, change axis ranges, look at the outliers etc. and finally save them in a power points through p3icli.

Thanks!!

Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp" );
biv = Bivariate( Y( :weight ), X( :height ), Fit Line( {Line Color( {213, 72, 87} )} ) );
dist = Distribution( Continuous Distribution( Column( :weight ) ), Nominal Distribution( Column( :age ) ) );
jrn = New Window( "Reports", <<Journal );
jrn << Append( H List Box( (biv << Report) << Clone Box, (dist << Report) << Clone Box ) );

Re: Interactive graphs of different types in same window

Here is a modification to your script that does what I think you want

Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp" );
biv = Bivariate( invisible, Y( :weight ), X( :height ), Fit Line( {Line Color( {213, 72, 87} )} ) );
dist = Distribution(
	invisible,
	Continuous Distribution( Column( :weight ) ),
	Nominal Distribution( Column( :age ) )
);
jrn = New Window( "Reports", <<Journal, hlb = H List Box() );
hlb << Append( Report( biv ) );
hlb << append( Report( dist ) );

biv << close window;
dist << close window;
