Hi, I am currently looking for random forest codes in R and integrate it into JMP. Looking out for someone to help me on this since I can't seem to find a lot of information on how to automate random forest using JMP and I am quite new in R programming. I will really appreciate it greatly if anyone can share their knowledge on both coding it with R and/or how to integrate R scripts into JMP. Thank you in advanced!

Valarie,

Take a look at my reply to your Discussion Question on Random(Bootstrap) Forest in JMP. Additionally, there are examples in the Sample files installed when you install JMP that will show you how to integrate with R.

Help==>Sample Data

If you open the Sample Scripts Directory, you will find a script called

JMPtoR_Bootstrap.jsl

and

demoBootstrapSLR.jsl

Lots of other samples are there too, such as:

bootstrapSample.jsl
