I am inporting a file from excel to JMP, where i have numerous columns hidden and numerous rows filtered.  I have unchecked import hidden rows and columns. When i click data table in thethe JMP add in on excel it does not import the last 3 of 18 visible columns.  I know it did import all columns at one point, have i inadvertenly checked or unchecked a box somewhere?

Hi Brett,

Only the data that you have selected in Excel is transferred to JMP when you use the JMP Add-in for Microsoft Excel.

Did you have all the rows and columns that you want in JMP selected when you hit the Data Table button?

Jeff-

I have tried to highlight just the columns and rows that i need to import to JMP but it is still leaving out the final 2 columns.  I will try it again to verify that is the case.  I seem to remember that when i first started with JMP i was able to import the whole sheet.
