How to perform planned contrasts for mixed models in JMP?

Hi all, I am trying to contrast particular means estimates in a mixed model in JMP Pro v. 14. I have a 2 x 2 factor model (both factors are fixed effects), with "site" (different areas where these factors were manipulated) as a random effect. I can see that it's possible to do multiple contrasts (comparisions) among all pairwise comparisons (6 different contrasts), using either Tukey's HSD or Students-t methods, but what I want to do is contrasts only for 2 of those 6 possible comparisons (based on an a priori hypothesis). Is this possible to do in JMP, and if so, can someone offer guidance? Thanks much!
