How to keep original data type when using Multiple File Import command?

1. when using Open, the data type will be no change

 dt = Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp");

2. But when using Multiple File Import, all column data type change to character type, how to keep the original data type for all columns?

path=Get Path Variable( "SAMPLE_DATA" );
Files=Multiple File Import
(
<<Set Folder(path),
<<Set Name Filter ("Big*.jmp"),
<<Set Name Enable(1)
)<< Import Data();

Re: How to keep original data type when using Multiple File Import command?

I don't think you can avoid the character column issue with Multiple File Import and .jmp files in JMP 14. It is fixed in JMP 15 (future release).

Here's a possible solution.
